Is there the limousine bus to the Kansai International Airport from the hotel?

Can I board the limousine bus to the Kansai International Airport other than from the hotel?
OCAT(JR Namba Station) is the closest bus stop outside our hotel.
Tickets can be purchased at the ticket machine. (1,100 yen for adults; 550 yen for children)

Is Wi-Fi available within the hotel building?
Wi-Fi is available on the 2nd floor lobby and guest rooms.
Password is required. Please ask the front desk staff or visit the bell captain desk for the password.
Are SIM cards for smartphones available nearby?
There are no shops near the hotel that sell SIM cards.
SIM cards can be purchased from vending machines located at the arrival gate of the Kansai International Airport. There are two vending machines, both next to the delivery service counter of the north and south international arrival gates. Please check before departing as SIM cards for some smartphones may not be available.
Is there a home appliance store nearby?
There are a few near the hotel.

Is cash on delivery is available for baggages?

Where are baggages kept (baggage forwarded before check-in)?
Baggages forwarded to the hotel for our guests are kept at the front desk.

Where are baggages kept (after check-out)?
If there is a second call (second stay), baggages will be kept at the bell captain desk following the check-out of the first call until the next check-in time.

For your convenience, we offer a currency exchange in the hotel.
Can I pay with the QR code?
ALIPAY, Wechat Pay, LINE Pay, PayPay, au PAY, d Payment, Rakuten Pay are available.
Do you acccept Union Pay?

Is it possible to share a bed with my child?
Yes.Pre-school Children can stay free when sharing a bed with parent.
Is early check-in and late check-out available?
There will be an additional charge but we will try to accommodate you as best as we can upon checking the status of the room.

In order to promise early check-in prior to the normal check-in time of 3:00pm, 100% of the additional charge is needed as the room must be secured a day in advance.
Please notify the hotel in advance when requesting early check-in.

We may reqire an additional charge as follows :
Late check-out
Normal check-out time: 11:00am
3 hour extension following normal check-out time (2:00pm): additional 30% of set accommodation fee
6 hour extension following normal check-out time (5:00pm): additional 50% of set accommodation fee
Extension beyond 5:00pm: additional 100% of accommodation fee (cost of one-night stay)
Is parking available for guests staying at the hotel?
Yes.
For guests staying at hotel: 2,000 yen per vehicle/night (arrival time of 12:00pm and departure time of 12:00pm)
Vehicle height restriction: up to 2.0meters
