Regarding the Air Conditioning in Guest Rooms

Except for Nikko Premium floors, the air conditioning is centrally managed, and it is not possible to switch between cooling and heating for individual rooms. We will provide amenities such as hot & cool funs and blankets for your comfortable stay.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding in advance.

Information About Eco Card to Guests Staying Consecutive Nights

At Hotel Nikko Osaka, we have adopted the Eco Card system to reduce the amount of detergents, wastewater, etc.

We are asking guests staying two nights or more to place the Eco Card available in the room on the bed when not requesting change of linens (bed sheets, nightwear, towels, etc.) during cleaning. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Discounted Parking Service (for Hotel Guests Only)

Normal fee	Every 20 min. / 500 JPY We have been stopped appying daily maximum charge (2,800JPY) until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. ex. When parking a car from 15:00 to 23:00 (8 hours), the fee is 12,000 JPY.

Lot capacity	160 vehicles
Size restrictions	Vehicle height must not exceed 2 meters
Disclaimer	We are not liable for any accidents or theft occurring as the result of parking your vehicle.

Parking is available for 2,000 JPY per day from 12:00 on the day of arrival to 12:00 on the day of departure.
